Order Process & Returning

Step 1:

The easiest way is to open an account or order directly. In case you have additional questions or requirments, send us an eMail. If you want that we call you,  provide us with your telephone number and the best time of the day to reach you.

Step 2:
In case you requested additional information, our client handling agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 3:
You go through the information and then get back to us with your final order.

Step 4:

We will confirm your order and will ask you, for your preferred payment method. In accordance to that, please provide us with all relevant payment information. For credit card payment we need Card Holder, Credit card Type and Number, Expiration date and Security Code. For Bank Transfer we will provide our IBAN and SWIFT/BIC-Code. We also offer payment via Sofort-Überweisung and Paypal.

Step 5:

Once payment is received, your order will be shipped. Depending on the products we issue a garantuee for certain time periods.

Step 6:

You will receive your products and we hope that you will be pleased with your selection. For all further details, please check our Terms of Business and our Privacy Policy.

If the ordered goods do not meet your satisfaction follow the instructions below:

Returning:

1. Write an e-mail to info@aquechua.com that you want to return one or more products and if you want another one instead (other size, colour...) or if you want your money back.

2. wrap the products appropriately

3. return the goods to the following address

The shipment needs to be covered by the customer. As soon as the goods arrive we will send you a voucher in the amount of the returned goods. 

Returned goods are only taken back by us if they are unused, unwashed and undamaged by you!

 

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days with the exception of products that are custom made (for eg. helmets and boots). This estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All domestic orders will take about  5-10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. If you have any question, please mail us.

 

Privacy Police:

All your data and private information will not be delivered to third parties and is only used for the ordering process! Your e-mail can be used to send you more information about our products and special offers,  but will not be given to anyone else!
